In short: Flirtui suggests options, but what you send and to whom is always your call. Don’t use the service to deceive, harass or harm people. Pro renews automatically — you can cancel it in your store settings.
1.Accepting the terms
By using the Flirtui AI app or the website flirtui.site, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
2.What Flirtui is
Flirtui is an AI texting assistant. It suggests reply options, forecasts how the other person may react and shows picks from the community. Replies are written by a language model: they can be inaccurate, inappropriate or miss part of the context.
You decide whether to send an option and in what form, and you are responsible for the messages you send. Flirtui does not give legal, medical, psychological or financial advice.
3.Account
You must be at least 18 to use the service. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for keeping access to the email or Apple/Google account you sign in with secure.
4.Acceptable use
You may not use Flirtui to:
- harass, intimidate, blackmail or stalk people;
- deceive, commit fraud or impersonate someone else;
- create spam or mass messages;
- create sexual content involving minors or any illegal content;
- bypass limits, automate requests, or reverse-engineer or copy the service.
We may refuse to answer a request, and limit or block an account that breaks these rules.
5.Community
By posting in the community, you confirm that you have removed names, contacts and other details that could identify people from the chat, and that you have the right to share it.
You keep the rights to your content and give us a non-exclusive, free permission to show it in the app and on the website while it is published. Other users may copy published replies for their own chats.
Posts go through automatic moderation; posts that get many reports are hidden. We may remove any content that breaks the rules without notice.
6.Pro subscription
A limited number of replies per day is free; the limit may change. Pro removes the limit and unlocks every style.
The subscription is purchased and paid for through the App Store or Google Play and renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel in your store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s rules.
Pro earned by inviting friends lasts for the stated period and does not renew automatically.
7.Rights to the service and replies
The app, website, design and the Flirtui brand belong to us. You can use the reply options you get however you like — they are your messages.
8.Liability
The service is provided «as is». We work to keep it stable, but we don’t guarantee that it will always be available and error-free, or that a reply will lead to the result you want.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the consequences of messages you sent.
9.Termination
You can delete your account in the settings at any time. We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.
10.Changes to the terms
We may update these terms; the date of the last change is shown at the top. We will tell you about significant changes in the app. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept it.
