In short: we collect only what we need to suggest replies and keep your history. We don’t store screenshots. We don’t sell your data or use it for ads. You can delete your account and everything linked to it in the settings.
1.Who we are
Flirtui AI is an iOS and Android app and the website flirtui.site that help you reply to a message: you paste a text or a screenshot of a chat and get reply options. This policy explains how we handle your data in the app and on the website.

2.What data we collect
- Account. Device identifier, language, platform and app version. If you sign in with email, Apple or Google — your email address and the identifier of that account. Your username and role («Student», «Own business» and so on), if you set them.
- Your requests and replies. The text you send and the suggested options are saved in your chat history. Replies you saved are kept in «Saved».
- Screenshots. They are sent to the AI service only to write a reply and are not stored — neither by us nor in your history. We keep only a note that a screenshot was attached.
- Request statistics. Text length, tone, number of options, response time and technical model data — without the text itself. We use them for limits and your weekly recap.
- Community. Your nickname, emoji and profile colour, your posts, comments, likes, votes, follows and reports.
- Reply reports. The text of the option you reported and your comment.
- Subscription. Pro status, product, store and expiry date. Payment details are handled by Apple and Google — we never receive them.
- Invites. Your invite code and an anonymised (hashed) device identifier of the invited person — so the bonus can’t be claimed twice.
Voice input is recognised by your phone’s system (Apple or Google). The recording never reaches us — only the resulting text, as if you had typed it.
3.Why we use it
- to suggest reply options and reaction forecasts;
- to keep your history, saved replies and statistics;
- to count the free limit and confirm your Pro subscription;
- to run the community and moderate posts;
- to handle reports, prevent abuse and fix bugs.
We don’t sell data, don’t show ads and don’t use your chats for targeting.
4.AI processing
We use language models from OpenAI and Anthropic to write replies. Your request text (and screenshot, if any) together with your settings is sent to the provider of the selected model. The app or website asks for your consent before your first request.
Community posts are also checked by an AI model — for spam, harassment and prohibited content.
Don’t send passwords, card numbers, documents or other data that must not reach third parties to Flirtui.
6.What others can see
Your community posts, comments, likes and votes are visible to all users under your nickname — not your real name and not your email. Your options in «Reply of the week» are shown anonymously; you can opt out in the settings.
Everything else — history, saved replies, statistics — is visible only to you.
7.How long we keep data
For as long as your account exists. You can delete individual chats and saved replies in the app at any time.
The «Delete account» button in the settings deletes your account together with your history, saved replies, statistics, profile and community posts. A Pro subscription has to be cancelled separately in the App Store or Google Play.
8.Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to AI processing (reply generation will then be unavailable). Most of this can be done right in the app; for the rest, write to hello@flirtui.site. We reply within 30 days.
9.Age
Flirtui is not intended for people under 18. If you learn that a child is using the service, let us know and we will delete their account.
10.Security and the website
Data is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS); only the service and a small number of people who maintain it have access to the database.
The website flirtui.site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
11.Changes to this policy
If we change what data we collect or who we share it with, we will update this page and the date at the top, and tell you about significant changes in the app.
